Garden Vegetable Dip

Who doesn’t like a good dip? And this dip is packed with vegetables while tasting so good, your kids will love it. With school starting back in a couple of weeks, I am trying to find new and exciting things to pack in their lunchboxes, this will be perfect to send with some carrots, celery, peppers, or cucumbers. This will also be the star of any gathering, its cool, refreshing, crunchy, and can be adapted to pretty much any dietary need. Vegans and dairy free peeps just use a plant based cream cheese and yogurt. Low carb lovers keep it the same, and it’s already gluten free.

I like to serve it with more vegetables and a variety of snacks like crackers and pretzels. So double down on your vegetables and dip it!

I like to have a few minutes to chop everything, including the vegetables you will serve it with. Make sure to finely chop the vegetables for the dip, no one wants a huge chunk of something.
