What the heck are we eating this week?
The holidays are over and a new month has started, which means, back to planning! I mapped out the whole month, as usual, and here is this week’s plan. I will be creating and shooting a ton of recipes that will come soon for y’all, I am excited for the warmer weather food! But I can’t show pictures of what new stuff is coming so I slot in a recipe that is similar-ish. I hope these inspire you and get you in the kitchen!

BBQ Chicken Enchiladas a fun and easy to prep ahead dinner the whole family will love, I serve them with a side salad.

Slow Cooker Dairy Free Creamy Pesto Ranch Chicken is great to throw into the slow cooker and just serve over pasta.

Asian Cabbage Salad is easy and delicious, customize it for what you have and what you like.
Saturday
Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs with Roasted Potato Salad for an easy and delicious meal, seriously the only way I make ribs.
Sunday
Indian Spiced Sheet Pan Chicken is great to have dinner done in no time and without a ton of dishes.
