Chili Avocado Ranch

I posted this on Instagram (follow me for recipes and real life moments) and I wanted it to be here as well. This dressing is super simple and so so good. I have another recipe coming shortly to the site that uses this creamy goodness so you know you want to save this one. Perfect to top taco salads, drizzled over grilled meats or veggies or dip your raw vegetables in. The weather is warmer and you will find tons of ways to enjoy this!

Chili Avocado Ranch


1/2 cup mayo of choice
1/2 cup yogurt of choice (I use cashew yogurt)
1 avocado 
1 teaspoon granulated garlic 
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped chives
2 teaspoons dried dill

- in a blender or with an immersion blender, combine all the ingredients except the chives and dill. Blend to a smooth consistency and then stir in the herbs.

This is so easy with an immersion blender, just blend everything except the herbs and then stir the freshness in.
