Hot Italian Sliders

  • Hawaiian Rolls

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup prepared pesto

  • Provolone Slices

  • Turkey lunch meat

  • Salami

  • Roasted Peppers

  • 1 stick butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons parmesan

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Preheat the oven to 375

Slice the rolls in half, keeping them together so it opens up and place the bottom into a baking dish. Mix the pesto and mayo together and then spread over the bottom of the rolls. Arrange the salami over the whole slab, followed by the roasted peppers, turkey, and finally the cheese. Place the top back on.

Mix the melted butter with the garlic, parm, and parsley and then pour over the top of the sandwich slab.

Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Nothing crazy here, everything you can find at any grocery store, which is clutch. Also, if you prefer something else, just swap it! Add in some banana peppers, use another type of sliced meat, or use mozzarella!

This melted butter goodness will add incredible flavor and they will seep into the sandwiches.

Pesto mayo is so easy, just combine the two and you have a “fancy” spread. I buy the Costco pesto and keep it in my freezer for easy use whenever I need it.

Cut your bread open but keep the rolls together, that way you can top easier

Spread that pesto mayo all over the bottom

Shingle on the salami. You can also cut the salami up into fourths to cut into the sandwiches easier at serving time.

Roasted peppers are a punch of flavor

Now the turkey, just fold it over so you have nice amounts in each bite.

Finally, the cheese…

Grab that top and pop it back on

Mix up that flavored butter and grab a brush

Brush it on, use it all if you want!

Ready for the oven… DROOLING
