Meal Planning Printables

Meal Planning Printables

Meal Planning is something I am pretty passionate about, in fact, this is my second post on it on my website. The first post is how and why I do it, you can find it here —> Meal Planning - How and Why I Do It. I wanted to get some printables to help everyone else get started and that is what we have here! There are links to download your own and you can sneak a peek at my Meal Plan for January!

We have all three here - giving you a way to organize your thoughts, the monthly calendar, and a weekly plan with a space for your shopping list.

First, start by grabbing your favorite cookbooks, list of family favorites, and your Pinterest recipes and jot them down on this list. Download it from the link below!

Meal Planning Ideas

If you want to plan the month out like I do, use your Idea list and arrange them in the month calendar. This is a great way to look at what is happening in your month, and you can post this cutie on the fridge so the whole family can see what’s for dinner rather than asking you for the millionth time.

Monthly Meal Planning Calendar

Use this if you prefer to plan weekly or when you need to make your weekly shopping list. You can put the names of the stores you shop at; I go to Trader Joes, Target, and Costco. I use this weekly even with my monthly planning, I pop any items we need to restock for our regular groceries on here too throughout the week when someone says we are out of something.
