Cobb Salad Wraps

I have always loved cobb salad, there is something so delicious in that combo of flavors, it keeps you coming back for another forkful. Sometimes salads are tough to transport, we have so many soccer games and practices, we need a portable option. A wrap is an obvious choice and dang, it is so good. I use all the salad fixings and popped them into a large spinach tortilla. But I know everyone likes to eat a little differently so below are options to make it just right for you!

My kids loved this without the tomatoes and blue cheese so you should totally make this for lunches for the whole fam bam! I served them with some potato chips and fresh crunchy vegetables for the easiest meal.

  • gluten free - use a GF tortilla or use a lettuce wrap

  • dairy free - use a plant based “cheddar” and omit the blue cheese, make sure to use a DF ranch dressing too.

  • Low carb - use a low carb wrap or lettuce wrap

  • Whole30 - omit the cheeses and use a lettuce or collard green wrap

If you are doing no dairy, just leave off the cheeses and use a DF ranch. Keto peeps just use a wrap that is low carb or even lettuce wrapped.
