Fry Sauce

This is one of the most basic recipes and most likely, you have everything in your fridge or pantry, just add everything in a bowl and mix. But let’s be honest, what is a fry without a sauce to dip it in? Apparently this beautiful concoction originated in Utah, and I want to thank those who made this a reality. I have changed the recipe a bit from the OG, the most basic version is mayo and ketchup mixed together. This is a little closer to a thousand island dressing, with less sweetness.

My kids literally beg me to make this when we have burger night and I can’t say I blame them, its downright addictive. When the crazy buying of quarantine started, I made sure I grabbed the last bag of frozen fries and some pickles (there were a bunch of jars left so I was good there). This is so good on burgers too, I love it on patty melts. So get dipping your fries, tots, zucchini spears, on your burger, or even thin it out a little more to make a dressing for an epic burger salad! Because you know what? It’s obviously family approved, dairy free, gluten free, vegan (bust out your vegannaise), Whole30, low carb (use no added sugar ketchup), and Paleo. So whatever way you like to eat, this can be part of your dip repertoire.
